The details of our shipping policy are:
- Orders $100 and over ship free within the contiguous U.S.
- Orders under $100 will incur a $12.99 shipping fee
- All orders incur a $2.99 processing fee
- Shipping lead time is generally 5-7 business days and does not include Saturday or Sunday; many orders ship sooner.
- All orders to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional shipping charge.
- We do ship to international destinations but there will always be an additional shipping charge, and you are responsible for any duties or taxes applied by your government. The duty or tax is collected at the time of delivery and is not part of the shipping cost incurred with your online order. - Our website is enabled to factor in all U.S. shipping charges to any home address within Canada at the checkout process. The duty owed on the order at time of delivery is not part of the amount collected at the checkout time.
- We cannot ship to a post office box number address.
- All sample orders placed are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and do not get a tracking number.
