  • Do you accept checks?
    We do accept checks but only by mail. I you wish to pay via check please call us at 1-888-366-3199 to place your order. Keep in mind, however, that we cannot ship your product until we have received the check and it clears the bank. If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to give us a call.
  • How about returns?
    Yes, you can return almost anything you purchase from with a few exceptions. Partial rolls and murals are not returnable nor orders not returned within the terms of our Return Policy.

    Under most conditions, a restocking fee will apply and you must first obtain a return authorization in order to get proper credit for your return. You will need to call or send a request to to obtain a return authorization.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    FREE standard ground shipping is included on every order over $99 shipped within the contiguous U.S. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a shipping fee.

    Please call us at 1-888-3366-3199 to obtain a shipping quote for these two states. We do charge a small handling fee of $5.99 on most orders.
  • Do you ship outside the Continental U.S.?
    Yes, we ship to Canada and other international destinations. Our online store is set up to handle Canadian orders differently with Canadian Postal Codes.

    Canadian orders are shipped via USPS wherever possible and therefore take a little longer to receive. Other international customers are welcome; however, you need to be aware the freight can be quite expensive.

  • Are you a genuine and credible store?

    Yes, we use the same pattern number as used by the manufacturer. We do not employ any deceptive/non-standard SKU convention, enabling you to look up the genuine standard products on our site. This also provides for openness to compare online and you will always find us on top.
  • Are you competitive?
    Competitiveness and Customer Satisfaction are two values which we hold very dear to us. We ensure that you get products at a very reasonable price and conduct surveys online to that effect.

    We accept all major cards: Paypal, American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard.
  • Do you immediately charge the card upon order submission?
    Since most orders are drop shipped directly to you from the manufacturer, we must charge your card in order to place the order. We make every effort to ensure the product is available to ship right away before we process your credit card.

    If we are unable to fulfill your order due to a backorder situation with the manufacturer, we will get your approval to wait before charging your card. If at any time you change your mind about waiting on the backorder, we will cancel the order with the manufacturer and credit your card.
  • Do you secure our personal information?
    We respect and guard your privacy and take standard measures to that effect.
  • Is your site safe?
    We make your shopping as safe as it can be. We employ Extended Validation SSL (Secure Socket Layer) PK Certificates on our major online outlets and standard one on others, besides using Crytographic techniques meeting industry standards. It does not end here, we are always upgrading ourselves.
