Hyde Park

The Gilded Age was a unique period of time in America (1870-1918) where the country as a whole experienced tremendous economic growth and became one of the leading world powers. It was also a time when legendary “Captains of Industry” like John D. Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie made their grand entrance onto the world stage. Hyde Park is inspired by the magisterial estates and country mansions that were owned by the wealthy industrialists and financiers of that era who helped transform a new nation into a superpower.
